The following courses are available for USERS of Dialog Manager:

• Profile Manager (focus on standard, everyday use of the application)
• Profile Manager Extended (focus is on advanced use and automation with standard functionality)
• Outlook/Lotus Notes Integration Manager (focus on standard use of email, calendar etc. integration)
• Phone Manager (focus on general use of CTI integration)
• Campaign Manager (focus on construction, test and execution of campaigns)

Company courses can be arranged individually based on the company’s own Dialog Manager version, design and content as well as database, etc.
