The following courses are available for ADMINISTRATORS of Dialog Manager:
System Administrator (focus is installation/update, backup, user management and general maintenance)
Outlook/Lotus Notes Integration Manager (focus is on Exchange/Domino architecture and client/server installation and maintenance)
Phone Manager (focus is on implementation and setup of the module)
Batch Manager (focus is on general functionality and advanced specification of different types of Activities)
Security Manager (focus is on setup of user groups and their individual rights)
Database Manager (focus is on reorganisation and partitioning of table spaces and block sizes)
PowerScript Manager (focus is on the general use of DMAPI including datavalidation, integration, etc.)
SQL Script Manager (focus is on the general use of the module including static/summeric queries, SQL commands, cross updates, etc.)
Company courses can be arranged individually based on the company’s own Dialog Manager version, design and content as well as database, etc.
