An Upgrade Service , a Maintenance product, provides companies with optimum Dialog Manager solution reliability and value guarantee. The service gives, for instance, access to upgrades and patch releases containing the latest adjustments and features.
With this service the company can report back possible errors and critical deficiencies, which will undergo assessment, prioritization and planning steps with a view to following, free of charge adjustment and release. All new releases contain approximately 75% expansion and optimization received as requests and requirements directly from our customers. Debugging always gets number one priority.

Furthermore, requirements regarding drivers for new database versions and operating systems always have top priority. With almost certainty you will also find new optimisations that will make the average working day easier for our users as well as exiting new functionality that will help increase our customers’ competitive advantages and ensure that the program continuously meets general market requirements.
An upgrade is implemented just as any other standard office application. All design changes, own screens, fields, calculations, etc. are not affected regarding visual appearance or functionality – they will only be updated to make them compatible with new drivers and functionality. In other words, an Upgrade Agreement ensures that you have a running, compatible solution in the future.
Upgrade Conditions An Upgrade Service is a flexible service product that contains a number of different possibilities and conditions. Any one customer may have a reason to run more than one Dialog Manager installation. All Dialog Manager installations beyond the primary production installation implies an annual fee of 10% of the total license pool. This is called a “Secondary License” and may be related to any of the following projects: Development, design, test, or Offline Design. |
