    DHI Water & Environment is specialized within health and environment for the industrial sector. With a constant influx of competing business news media, also international players with Internet based business communication, it is more relevant than ever to pay attention to giving members, the company’s loyal customers, a service level maybe beyond what they had imagined. In other words, with Dialog Manager Dagbladet Børsen is able to professionally handle all aspects of membership management with much efforts. With seamless integration to backoffice applications, even the financial side of the memberships are handled without Børsen Executive Club personnel are forced to make the same registrations more than once.

    TV 2 Zulu is a TV channel in the ever-expanding TV 2 family of TV stations. TV 2 Zulu is the TV 2 sibling that somewhat stands out in the crowd of TV offspring. TV 2 Zulu chose the name “Zulu” to underline “the channel’s peculiarity and difference” – also evident in the channels logo which is a crude caricature of an African person standing with a spear. The channels mission is to produce quality TV that is able to satisfy and attract increasingly quality minded viewers between 15 and 40 years old in Denmark. 

    Solution
    Satisfying the ambitions of TV 2 Zulu was no easy task. Yet, a Dialog Manager solution was chosen to, among other tasks, to manage the many complex efforts to increase the distribution of their TV channel among the many independent TV aerial associations in Denmark. We are talking about project management with a complexity and dimensions that is never seen in this way before. The many multi-dimensional contact and object management capabilities in Dialog Manager are exploited to launch all the right activities to the right people and associations at the right time.

    Metro Service is the dedicated service organization for the new Copenhagen underground railway system, Metro. The Metro's railway system consists of fully automatic trains that link the different parts of the Danish capital. To continuously secure a smooth operating with a high commuter utilization level, the Metro Service company maintains the daily operations and maintenance related tasks of the Metro. One of the major success criteria is the customer service level, as in a time of “tug of war” between private and public transportation the commuters’ experiences when it comes to levels of service, information and accuracy are crucial in terms of their choice of transportation.

    Solution
    Metro Service chose to implement a Dialog Manager solution to be able to efficiently handle the high rate of dialogue with the Metro customers, commuters, etc. One of the many use areas is campaign management. Another important use area is management of user complaints, as the inter-dependency between railway and commuters is so important that too much emphasis cannot be placed on efficient handling of commuter complaints.

The solutions makes them able to handle both small and large customer relations as well as their network of partners, agents, suppliers, etc. Increasing competition on all markets makes it crucial to cultivate and to manage this network.
