      Dansk Tipstjeneste was founded in 1948 following a special “Danish Pools Act” by the Danish Parliament. The company’s shareholders are the Danish State with 80%, the Danish Sports Federation with 10%, and the Danish Gymnastics and Sports Association with 10%.
