Corporate Services’ overall purpose is to establish efficient administration of DM Software’s organisation. Corporate Services maintains all administrative functions such as Finances, IT, Human Resources, Facility/Reception, etc. It is Corporate Services’ responsibility to ensure that all DM Software employees are given optimum conditions for creating customer value.
Most assignments in Corporate Services are solved in such a seamless manner that DM Software’s employees only need to give it few thoughts. In this way an innovative environment is created where employees feel they are given the opportunity to think unconventionally as opposed to stumbling over annoying, distracting administrative obstacles.
To a large extent Dialog Manager is utilised to other tasks than management of DM Software’s customer relations. Regardless of the type of internal tasks DM Software has always endeavoured to “take one’s own medicine”, that is utilising the flexibility in Dialog Manager to streamline own administrative tasks.
