The overall purpose of the sales function is to sell and market the Dialog Manager system via a network of own, local representatives as well as alliances consisting of competent IT- and consultant companies. Sale is carried out directly to customers or in cooperation with alliance partners. The sales function is divided into three groups to complete this strategy:
Business Consulting
Key Account Management maintains the overall dialog with the customer and will function as sparring partner with the customer concerning knowledge of those CRM processes that are current within the different company types and industries. The KAM function has the overall responsibility for DM Software’s engagement, contract preparation, offers, etc.
Alliance Management handles the dialogue with the many different kinds of partners. Be they consultant companies, hardware- and software suppliers, distributors, traditional dealers or system integrators. In addition, DM Software has a close cooperation with agencies, including advertising, marketing and communication.
Business Consulting is responsible for demonstration of the product suite, development of prototypes for future implementations as well as responding to demand specifications/tenders, etc. Business Consulting possesses expert knowledge of the product suite and extensive experience within implementation of DM Software’s solutions.
