Marketing in DM Software has many different kinds of communication tasks. However, they all is that they involve knowledge sharing with the company’s environment. 
 
To be able to communicate the messages we find the most important we strive to send the correct information, the right volume of information, on the right time – and not least – to the right person.
 
All other communication is irrelevant and annoying, not to say the least a waste of time both for DM Software’s Marketing and for our customers. Have we not all received addressed envelopes addressed with your name full of advertisements and you only think: “Why me?” – and throws the crumpled paper in the bin?

An invaluable marketing assistant is Dialog Manager, which helps you to quickly form an overview of which DM Software contacts are customers, partners, etc, what characterises this contact in specific, and, not least, “where is this contact right this moment”? With advanced analyses, segmentation and campaign management in Dialog Manager Marketing is able to target communication very precisely.

A fine example on Marketing’s use of Dialog Manager is the great, annual event, DM Software’s Christmas event, which is efficiently managed primarily through Campaign Manager. The underlying campaign may seem simple but efficient management of this magnitude of letters and response is in fact a very complex task.
