Making Organizations Better at What They Already do Well
Our overall objective is to make companies better at what they already do. This means that we see a CRM system as an essential tool for businesses; a tool that has implications in many corners of the organisation. Still, CRM also needs to exist side by side with existing Line of Business systems in the company simply by creating a connection between the users of the system and the business processes of the company. A CRM system only becomes a useful tool when the users can see the value of it – for themselves and the company. We completely avoid telling our customers how they ought to run their business by forcing them to change existing processes to comply rigid CRM guidelines. We provide them with the option to incorporate their own business processes or ”best practise” into the CRM system. |
