QA (Quality Assurance) is a unique all-in-one service that, as the name indicates, leaves all the work and concerns in connection with testing and upgrading customer specific installations to DM Software staff. The production application is unaffected at the customer site while an updated copy is made for quality assurance purposes.
This is a service product especially developed for use in connection development and pilot projects. The QA service is also available and relevant for continuous use to ensure that a business critical application is always running in perfect order and that upgrades and additions are fully tested in a safe environment.
In connection with large development or pilot projects a QA service may prove a very sound investment. For a period of time, a copy of the customer specific Dialog Manager installation is hosted, testet and possibly upgraded at DM Software – by DM Software. The hosted application can be both with and without company specific data.
